NITRILE | BS2751 BA60 HIGH GRADE NITRILE RUBBER SHEETING

Black nylon cloth insertion (NBR/ buta-N) nitrile rubber sheeting (BS 2751) is a high-grade NITRILE material that combines the excellent resistance of nitrile with the physical reinforcement of nylon cloth. This particular grade of nitrile offers outstanding resistance against petroleum fuels, oils as well as diesel. The nylon cloth reinforcement provides the 100% nitrile CONTENT with additional anti-tear and flex properties. This results in a material that is incredibly durable and suitable for use in a wide range of applications and environments that need performance of oil resistance and abrasion resistance. This material is available in a range of thicknesses from 1.2mm to 6mm in 1.4m x 10m rolls as standard. We can also produce this product in a variety of formats to suit your specific requirements such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as many shapes.

We regularly supply BS2751 nitrile coated nylon insertion rubber sheeting for use in a number of diaphragm sealing applications requiring oil resistant and flexibility. Common uses include; pumps, valves, gas control equipment and carburetors. However, our nitrile insertion material is also suitable for use as a flexible strip, critical sealing gasket, insulating barrier as well as isolating applications.

The nitrile rubber sheeting is also REACH, RoHS, PAH as well as CE Compliant.

This NBR rubber sheeting is available in a wide range of thicknesses as standard, we can also supply it in full rolls, strip cut lengths and shapes to suit your unique requirements.
