Combi Scraper sandwich rubber sheet for Mining Industry

Combi Scraper Rubber

Sandwich Rubber is a high performance rubber sheet used in the mining and industry. It can be used as a belt cleaning device on either side conveyor belt to wipe off dust and wet slurry’s to avoid carry back and build up on rollers. The harder black rubber protects the softer green rubber to provide a durable and hard wearing solution. It can also be used as conventional skirting.

As a multi-layered rubber sheet, combi-rubber is specifically for the mining and quarry industry to protect equipment and the material handling plant from impact, wear and tear. It has two different rubber compounds of 60 Shore (Black) and 40 shore (Green) or 75 shore A (Black) and 45 shore (RED). The top and bottom layers are highly resistant to abrasion and are cut to withstand the rough mining materials, with an interior layer that offers extra support and increased glide.

With superior resistance to high impact and dry abrasion, it offers outstanding cut and gouge properties when sharp, course, heavy particles are present. Its unique two-colour abrasion-resistant compound ensures efficiency when handling mining materials, with inner layer support for the materials.

What Combi Scraper Rubber or Sandwich Rubber used for?

Combi-rubber is suitable for numerous applications including the lining of chutes, transfer points, vessels, vibratory feeders, distribution bins, impact chutes and sumps where critical wear monitoring is required.

What is the Combi Scraper Rubber or Sandwich Rubber sizes available?

Standard thickness ranges from 1mm to 40mm; standard length 10 metres.
